I bought the EMS Hip Trainer to add into my home workouts and it has been easy to use so far. The design feels lightweight, the pads sit comfortably, and I like that I can use it while relaxing at home. Good little fitness tool for extra muscle activation.

The Ab Trainer Belt is easy to set up and adjust. I usually use it after my workout or when I’m sitting at home. The different modes are useful and the rechargeable design is much better than needing batteries.
